I was bought a voucher for this place 2 years ago and have gone every month since! A very relaxed informal salon offering a range of services at competitive prices and the girls are all super friendly too! For a truly relaxing experience there's no better place - I wouldn't go anywhere else now!

Proper old school parts shop where the guy serving knows what he is talking about - really helpful locating classic car parts and don’t forget they have midnight Motors in Watford as well. Always my first port of call for spares.

Extremely helpful and professional team, went in for a diagnostics of my vehicle and was treated to a drink while i waited, I was then offered to come and have a look at all the issues they identified and advised on what they were/ the complexity of the problem. Conversation with Chris while i waited i could tell he was passionate about his job and his company. The price was also cheaper than previous garages had quoted me and i felt like it was very good value for the job undertaken. Highly recommend garage.

These guys are the best, literally so easy and nice to work with, after looking weeks for a car elsewhere going here randomly ended up getting a car within a few days. Tom is so easy and great to work with and so is the manager dan. Helped me find the car I wanted, even brought in the same exact car they had same spec and mileage and year but a cheaper one for me and did a great deal! I highly recommend them and the aftersales is great too with them

Excellent customer service from Jamie. I bought a car from Jaime it was a good deal. A few months down the line the ignition barrel was playing up. Jamie is true to his word he got it sorted and fixed without no questions asked. I will be buying my future cars and will always recommend him as he is a trustworthy business man.

My favourite petrol station in Crawley, the miserable woman at the checkout that argues with all the customers is woeth the visit alone!

This petrol station is conveniently located in Apsley with good route to the motorway. There are sufficient pumps, also providing pay at pump opportunities to ensure convenience and quick service. Air and water are free and there is a mini drive through car wash too. Small shop with confectionery and drinks available. The only draw back is that you cannot buy milk or flowers etc here, as you would have to go into the main store opposite the petrol station to be able to access these items. Otherwise, great petrol station that works for me due to its convenience.

Great local Yamaha dealer and MOT test center. They have helped me out many times with my bike, always get a friendly and professional service from the knowledgeable staff.

Maybe a little too old-school for some. Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff and probably a great place to hang-out if you're retired and have all the time in the world. However, they can be a little slow to answer the phone and nothing is done in a hurry. I've been there a number of times for an off-the-shelf item and had to wait 5-10 minutes before even being acknowledged whilst the guy behind the counter deals with paperwork, is looking something up on the computer or goes off to speak with one of the guys in the workshop. I'm usually grabbing some oil or something during my lunch break or am in between work calls. When you do get to speak with someone, they can usually help you and are very friendly but a little more attention to prompt customer service would go a long way.

Great experience at apsley tyres! I phoned them saying I need a replacement. They gave me a time the same day working 2 hours and completed the job within 20 minutes of being here. Will definetely come again!

Really helpful. Had a blow out on the motorway and had to take my wheel to them. Did it quickly and had a good selection of different priced tyres for my car. Helpful and polite staff.

Collin attended on time and worked professionally to diagnose and fix some problems arising from the upgrade to Windows 10, such as printing disabled, Word not opening properly etc. It was good to be in safe and trustworthy hands. Some of the work was carried out remotely which was convenient and effective. Charges also very reasonable.

Came in today and a chap with glasses helped me get the right paint I required, he has also helped me previously. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him Superb customer service.

We recently tried to purchase a Fireplace Suite, but found this very difficult, as we visited several stores with no success and they could not order it in. Luckily we went to Homebase in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead and two team members went out of their way to help me and successful purchased our fireplace, which was not possible elsewhere. Ordered click and collect floor material, got there after 30 minutes to find every thing picked and loaded on a trolley ready to go... some material was out off stock by the time I got to store. Tim (operational manager) made sure I don't go out disappointed as such called up other stores in the area and reserved the out of stock products that I picked up soon after. Exceptional service . Brought our tap for the kitchen from here at a great price. The tail pipes were not long enough but they helped me out and the extenders were half price also so I was happy. Great staff that seem happy and friendly and genuinely want to help.

Asked me what I had tried already and talked me through a couple of other ways I could make it work and got it done in the end. Didn't talk down to me or sound patronising was just honest and very helpful.

Attended one of Amie's 'Festive Wreath Making Workshop's this week with a friend. I was firstly blown away by how beautiful the shop was, from the bouquets to the shop decoration, everything had been done to perfection. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. It was a fabulous evening and we all went home with our beautiful creations. Already looking forward to next year's workshop!

Lovely flowers and professional team. You can be as accurate or loose as you like with the descriptions for what you want (useful for us men!), and the team will be able to help! Parking is normally ok and I'd always advise phoning your order through beforehand to avoid waiting - I've never had an issue with speaking to someone on the phone. Only florist I'll use in Watford! 💐

Visited for a Group wine tasting event in Apirl-18. Had a fantastic evening tasting some really interesting wines I had never heard of before - from sparkling to whites to rose to reds. The tapas was delicious and made am excellent compliment to the evening. Jeff (was that your name?) was an inspiring host with so much energy it kept you going all the way to the 8th glass. Purchased my two favourite wines for the night, very happy with the service and experience.

Great variety of products from baking ingredients to natural supplements and laundry detergents. The only place for miles that sells raw fermented products like sauerkraut, pickles and tofu. Very well priced.

Excellent selection, great value for money, they have new plants coming in all the time and everything is in good condition. Friendly helpful staff and the whole place is nice and compact so you don't have to waste time walking miles to search for a particular plant.

I have used this fish shop for nearly 14 years always found staff very knowledgeable and willing to give help and advice, I've never had problems with fish I purchased and are willing to order fish I want they don't stock, I'd recommend this fish shop for tropical and marine fish,they do everything you need for fish, also do great reptiles, take time to visit you won't be disappointed

If you're passing by on a motorway, JUST STOP. NOW!! This place is RAD. This place is HIP. This place is quiet piece of the sunny 90s. Coffee makers, sandwiches, polished wood and clean towels. Neat, gorgeous and wholesome. And there's a weird military shop next door. Surplus waterproof ponchos, horse riding stuff and some boots and antique hats. Don't even think stopping in some kind of McDonald's or Costa. This cafe is so good people should drive here just to visit, like a local attraction.

Who would think you could find good coffee just off the M25? This is a nice little cabin that does proper coffee. Cosy place. Friendly service. I bought beans for home and they’re great. Recommended.

There's a selection of big 'warehouse' stores here ~ Argos, Wren Kitchens, and Homebase to name a few ~ and a big FREE car park right in front of them. If you like your food from Sainsbury's then there's a big one here too, plus their own petrol station.

Kingfisher tapes have been so helpful. A small company that offers a massive selection of tapes, packaging and will have items made that we required. Samples are provided and the service is outstanding. You cannot go wrong when you speak with Kingfishers tapes. Excellent professional service which is lost in many businesses of today.
