Local libraries may offer more than you expect. As well as books and magazines, libraries lend music, DVDs and computer games. Some have coffee shops and all offer free internet access. We need to use them or we will lose them.

Libraries

Kings Langley Community Library

The Nap, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire WD4 8ET, UK – 0300 123 4049

Great library! Free membership = free books = free knowledge!

We live in Kings Langley and find its location very easy to get to and park staff have a good understanding off the books in stock and on the public shelves etc My only slight criticism is the talking books are not put in catorgores

Abbots Langley Library

High Street, Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire WD5 0AP, UK – 0300 123 4049

This is my local library. The staff are pleasant and helpful and there is a wide selection of books and magazines. There is a large children's area. This is an open-plan library which caters for the whole community, children included. There is a small study space within the open-plan area. It is not the place to come for silent study !

all good
