Moto Hospitality Ltd, Britain’s biggest service area operator, is hoping to build the new site – which will be known as Kings Langley Service Area if approved − at Junction 20 of the M25 and has launched a public consultation on the project, which represents an £80 million investment in the local economy.Local residents will get a chance to have their say on the proposals later this month when the project team holds a public consultation. It will take place on Wednesday, 25 October between 9.00am and 6.00pm on the Upper Mall at the Intu Watford Shopping Centre, WD17 2UB
