Kind staff and caring doctors, however i have never been seen on time.. theres always a long wait.. on average up to an hour in my experience.

The receptionists are horrible goblin people. They treat you as though they are being terribly put out by your requests, that is if they ever actually answer the phone. They have misinformed me on several occasions and wasted mine, and other patients time by booking me an appointment when it could have been done over the phone. I literally dread having to see their sour faces contort at me when i ask a question. Which is really not nice when you ill and you suffer from mental health issues. The only saving grace is the doctors. They are lovely.
A multi-GP partnership, this is a busy doctors surgery with 7+ GPs, nurses and phlebotomist.

I moved from Parkwood drive and so far very impressed with the care I’ve received. A big step up from Parkwood. Was however very disappointed that the receptionists complain about patients in an office with the door open where we can all hear them. Whilst it’s not been about me to my knowledge and some of the things they say are shocking, it really isn’t something to moan about to every Tom Dick and Harry. Appointments always delayed by around 10mins, sometimes up to 1 hr but the doctors actually help you so I don’t mind waiting.
